Emma's cake. She is the dentist's assistant. We talked about cakes all the time and she had never had one, so I made her one. The cake is vanilla with Bavarian Cream filling. It serves about 10.

The baby cake. This was a gift to Blanca. She's having a baby in January 2011. The cake is vanilla with Bavarian Cream filling. The cake served 30+.

Girlie cake for Yunuen (June 2010)

Next cake, a "girly" cake. Makeup, makeup bag, shoes, maybe a belt, stuff a young lady would enjoy.

Busy weekend...It's always a challenge designing a cake for a fisherman. I found out he also enjoys music, although, no one told me what kind. So, I came up with a two tier idea, little fishes blowing bubbles up to the second tier that will have the song, in notes and words, to Happy Birthday. The topper will be? Here's hoping! It'll be fun putting it together.
