A small cake for Jose and his wife.  We see them on Saturday morning at breakfast.  I was discussing another cake when Jose said he'd like one, too.  So, this cake is vanilla filled with mango mousse.

A small cake to take to Thanksgiving dinner.  The cake is vanilla, filled with Mango Mousse.

Hilda's Birthday Nov. 2011

A very simple cake to celebrate Hilda's birthday.  The cake is vanilla filled with cream cheese mousse.  The decorations are fondant.

Prada for Lorna Nov. 2011

Happy Birthday Lorna.  The purse is pound cake filled with chocolate ganache.  The second tier is carrot cake filled with cream cheese mousse and the third is vanilla and chocolate.  The vanilla is filled with pineapple mousse and the chocolate is filled with bavarian cream.  The bottom 2 tiers are dummys.

Halloween for Los Ancianos 2011

This is white fruit cake for Los Ancianos at St. Vincent De Paul home for the elderly.  The design is a frozen buttercream transfer.  Enough cake for 75.
