The bottom layer is vanilla and strawberry, the top chocolate. It is filled with strawberry mousse. This was in honor of Medical Appreciation Day.

The quilting is something I haven't seen before. It looks great.

I agree with Leslie. Imagine a cake with stiches, band-aids, a black eye . . . It would be just perfect for Holloween, Dia los Muertos, and Medical Appreciation Day!
