I made this cake for our neighbors across the street. It's a traditional Southern holiday classic-white cake with lavish amounts of rich filling made with pecans and coconut.

Madri Gras
This is the first time I made a Madri Gras cake. The cake is Vanilla filled with Lemon mousse. The flowers and the mask are sugar, the jewelry...plastic.

Calla Lilies for Tomas and his Bride
Tomas finally was able to bring his Bride home. She had to finish her public service in Cuba and is now here to start a completely new life with Tomas.
The cake is vanilla filled with coconut mousse.
