Surprise Wedding

It's not often one accepts a wedding cake order with 3 days notice.  But, I heard a compelling story and agreed.  The couple were wed in California and came to Mexico to visit the bride's family.  The groom decided to have a second wedding for the bride's family to enjoy.  He made all the arrangements without the bride knowing.  The cake was chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, filled with Bavarian cream.

Pan D'Les Birthday

Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling.  In celebration of Les' birthday and the 5th anniversary of the opening of Pan D'Les.

A Minecraft design for Eric's 8th Birthday.  Cake is chocolate filled with peanut butter fluff.
