Apple Cake for Jane

This recipe said it was Apple Pie Cake with Apple Roses.  The cake was more a coffee cake.  Good, but not what I had in mind.  The roses were easy to make.  Will do this again, but with a different cake recipe.

Piggies in the mud

Vanilla cake with Oreo Cream filling.  This is for Samantha.  She'll see it when we have dinner at San Ignacio after our whale trip.

Cantilever for Elizebeth's son

Left all the supports in for transportation.  I was really afraid it would be damaged in the car.

Chocolate cake with Bavarian Cream filling.  Have to say, this one was a real challenge.
