Captain's Cake

Rum cake with Coconut Mousse filling.

Bustier cake for Heather's friend.

Vanilla cake with Chocolate mousse filling.  This was a fun cake.  It presented several problems that had to be taken care of to be able to have the correct presentation.  What a kick!
