Found this recipe on the web. Thought it sounded good and there were several positive comments. Well, they were the driest cupcakes I have ever eaten, much like a dry shortbread. I want to play with the recipe and see if it can be made into a nicer texture. The flavor is nice but...

ReplyDeleteI think a hotel came up with the recipe, but where in Texas, I don't know. The icing was great. A cream cheese frosting. The cupcake was a door stop!
