This is the first time I made a Madri Gras cake. The cake is Vanilla filled with Lemon mousse. The flowers and the mask are sugar, the jewelry...plastic.
so cool. Did you put a plastic baby in the middle of the cake? IT's a tradition, with the mardi gras cake. Whoever finds it, has to bring the cake the next year.

ReplyDeleteNo baby...the baby is usually put in the Rosca, a round cake with "bones" molded into the top.
