Wedding cake for Blanca Oct. 2011

This is a small cake for Blanca.  It's vanilla filled with chocolate mousse.  The design is on tulle with royal icing.

    That's the first time I've seen tulle on a cake, and I adore it. Just beautifully elegant!!! You should go on one of those Food Network cake contest shows. You'd win hands down!
