A gift for David and Jane at Christmas time.

The father of one of Jane's English students wanted a cake as a gift for Jane at Christmas.  I suggested the Hummingbird cake because it has been one of her favorites in the past.

Hummingbird cake frosted and filled with cream cheese icing and topped with walnuts.
